The joy of movement is the secret to fitness

Water Exercises and Therapies are extremely soothing and will help you to recognise where you maybe holding unwanted tension.

They will also help to improve your balance, co-ordination, flexibility and can provide deep relaxation.

Because of the slow tempo and the supportive nature of the water, these sessions are well suited to people that may have difficulty standing.

The gentle resistance of the water helps build muscle strength during the movements.

Being active will make a difference to the quality of your life. Once you start you'll soon experience the benefits.

Cost for individual sessions
  • 30 minute session £35
  • 60 minute session £65

Cost per person for group sessions (maximum of 3 people)
  • 55 minute session £

All water therapy sessions take place in a beautiful indoor private pool, offering complete privacy.
